Salon Manager
ï‚· Responsible for maintaining and exceeding standards of excellence in Guest Service,
client retention and staff proficiency
ï‚· Maintain and constantly review client service standards.
 Ensure that the Company’s policies in relation to: Hairdressing trends and techniques
and Staff dress and appearance are carried out and communicated to all staff.
ï‚· ensure smooth running of reception area in particular with overall responsibility for cash
and paperwork.
ï‚· Ensure that shampoos, conditioners, styling products and other cosmetics are available
for customer purchase. There must be an inventory of product lines.
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Female, must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shaw Blvd or Mandaluyong area.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Salon Operations, Customer Service or equivalent.
• Must possess the following characteristics:

• Must be highly organized
• Must be self driven and goal-oriented
• Must be full of initiative and have a lot of passion to learn
• Must be able to work gracefully under pressure
